Ultimate aim is 30 days. I owe it to my self to get to 30 days just to see what happens. Current record 9 days. Struggling the last 3 weeks to get past 3 days.

I also hate the chaser effect, really fell off the wagon this month. Day 3 for me, I’m in this for the long haul! I’ve already experienced how much better life can be porn free, now I want to keep it that way.
