[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

day 0, let´s go!!!!

 

Day 2...

 

4/90 had productive day. I know my challenge will be around day 10-15. But I managed last time to get through it.
Then day 30. I failed last time but made it many times in the past. The; day 60 where I always failed. But since I allow myself m and o at that point with not falling into p and drowning in it and since 60 days must have been a physiological key point I should be able to pull quite beyond day 60 and reach this 90 day goal.

 

Day20. After 5 years of trying it actually dawning on me how much more enjoyable my life would have been if i had quit earlier. Well its still not late yet.

 

76/90 Two more weeks to complete this challenge.

 

Day 4/90! Fighting the urges still that say to relapse again but I am not entertaining those thoughts. Not today!!

 

Day 73. I had a day off of work today and got a lot done. I am going to call it a win.

 

Day 4!!! Never felt better!

 

Day 14 - Came back to Dehradun - had a discussion with my brother on steps forward for our company.

 

Good to see that you are 3 days far - great to see this!

Day 3 (Season III)

It's hard sometimes, to do what you set out to do.
But as long as you take action, results will come.

I've been on Phase I from 2015-2017.
I've been on Phase II since 2017.
I've seen glimces on Phase III.

I currently struggle between Phases II and III.
I want to get complete freedom.
Once I'm over 90 Days, I belive I'm there.
