Today I will not use porn because it’s an empty existence...

 

Today I will not PMO because doing so would cause me to have yet another dermatitis flare up on my face and I'll spend the rest of the week scratching my face and feeling restless and depressed and won't be able to do anything with the constant feeling of bugs crawling around under my skin (I have a bad yeast infection/leaky gut I'm trying to heal and PMO only makes it worse).

 

Today i will not use porn because i want a better version of myself.

 

Today I will not use porn or masturbate alone as it lessens my ability to experience life on lifes terms

Today I will not use porn, because I am going through the most difficult period in my life to date, and the only hope I have of getting out is to charge at it straight on with every ounce of energy, strength and confidence I can possibly muster. Masturbation makes me weak and combined with my addiction to weed, is my go to form of escapism. I know that my problems won't magically become easier, so I must pray and will myself to become stronger. This will make me a better person one day and I know that when that time comes, I will be grateful to have had these problems. I refuse to lose. Day 0 of 14 starting now.

I'm going to be serious about re-committing myself to no PMO this week. If I fail, I will re-commit then and there. If I have to keep starting at day 1 until I get to day 2, then so be it. I will keep myself accountable.
