    I just had a wet dream (not really) because I held it in and urinated it when I woke up. Is it a relapse or do I keep on going with my day? Today I was going 3 weeks and 1 day on semen retention. I'm a bit worried.

    It's only relapsing if you start getting into the habit of PMO on regular basic bro. Wet Dreams will definitely happen if you don't fap. Wet Dreams are good for you. Storing semen for too long = prostate cancer.
