Just finished the 3 day challenge, was a piece of cake, day 0/7 starting now.

0/7 I've decided to weave this "hard mode" No PMO challenge (adhering to all the stated guidelines including no edging or O from any source) into my program.

 

Do some meaningful things and take good advantage of every minute.

Day 3 of 7. Really want my brain to heal. I would like no more brain fog. I want my mind to be clear and sharp at work so I can be a great provider for my wife and children.
