Hey guys, so I'm just wondering if you can give me your input on whether or not this counts as a relapse and if I should reset my streak, so I had a 7 day streak of no PMO and while working out my abs, I felt this sensation that's similar to urinating, so I thought I'll just finish my set and use the bathroom. But before I could as I was in the middle of an rep I relapsed. Now is this a relapse and should I consider resetting my streak??
Nope. thats called a "spontaneous ejaculation" and you can learn more about that topic in the getting started guide. It isn't a relapse. So good job getting 7 days and I wish you continued recovery
