y'all I been struggling super hard. Stopped trying to stop pmo for a little bit and just feeling down and bad and need a pick up. Got to fight this to win. Cant let it win over me. Gonna start over today.

Relapsed again. I just started nofap and went for 24 days. Now I can barely get 3. I don’t know how to get the motivation back
