Day 5/7. Flatlining for last day or two. Strange feeling. At least it seems to help keep urges at bay a bit.

Feels like a good streak this time.

 

Relapsed again. I just started nofap and went for 24 days. Now I can barely get 3. I don’t know how to get the motivation back

I thought that its ok if you had a wet dream it doesn't count as a relapse cuz you don't have control over it

day 1 complete. phew

 

i finished this challenge but just 12 hours after that i broke my vow
i start again in 14 day challenge

 

I relapsed and failed this challenge..going back to the 3 day challenge .

Alright I'm back and hopefully this time I actually change. I'm here in day 0 literally a couple hours after resetting the counter. I'll be strong and I'm going to get through this!
