Day 3/3. It's all about perspective. Moving on. Stay strong in the battle, my friends! You have to choose to win. Win the battle every day!
Day 0. Since tonight at midnight. Any recommendation for urges? I have in mind to be mindful of my body, my breath, take cold showers and sit-ups!
3/3, got it on the 3rd attempt! on to the 7-day! Push through, everyone, it's not about how many times you get knocked down. It's about how many times you can get knocked down, and still get back up and try again with enthusiasm! This is the most critical challenge, once you get 3, you know any streak is possible.
Disclaimer: I'm a super amateur at this, just sharing my own experience for whatever it's worth. I know willpower doesn't work. I can't think about how bad I don't want to look at porn, because I'm still thinking about porn. I've got to figure out a way to redirect my thoughts to something else. So maybe if you like reading, have a book nearby you can quick grab and start reading. Now, instead of thinking "don't do it, but I want to, it's not gonna hurt anyone, you'll break your streak, oh well just once more....." you're thinking about the plot or the point of the book. Redirecting instead of resisting. It's helped for me, but again, I'm on day 4 so no track record. Take it or leave it

Hello guys! It was my day 1 of the challenge. I have been reading the getting started guide and some of the forums. Additionally, my day was productive and entertained. I could practice my violin, I did some weights at the guy, I saw the Colombia game on the world cup (we won!!) I took my mom´s dog out and helped with some chores. It was a good day. Usually PMO gets me really exahusted and stops my day! I know the anxiety will increase with the time... I have in mind meditation, music, push ups, reading more, and avoid electronic devices inside my room. Please let me know any comment or recommendation.!!!
Thanks! Redirecting instead of resisting sounds like a good plan! I also have been aware of where does the urge feel in my body, of course I have to do something else immeadiatly but at least I am starting to feel aware. Let´s do it!!!
