Yeah. Since I got back in town been spending too much time in the apartment alone and not getting exercise. Relapsed again last night. Today I went swimming with family and then worked out and it’s crazy how much that helps.
After a lot of heavy emotion these last days still going strong on this nofap buzz and not using it as a way out of pain. Also sober now nearly 2.5 months... Respect to all out there. Peace
Day 1. So, it wasn't so bad. I apparently am not a very gentle masturbator because my balls are already sore, and it leads me to want to fap in order to soothe the pain. My instincts tell me that I shouldn't be sore so I am going to take it as a hint that I should follow through with a successful reboot if only for my physical health alone.
Yes i do agree.Start with a short day challenge,7 days,14,21,30,60 and 90 day's. if u complete these days step by step that will give motivation to achieve the goal. you need to take cold shower if it's strong urge.Say to your mind repeatedly that you are going to win this challenge. Be a winner and try to win over the thoughts and desires. All the best.keep going.
Day 0/90 for me starting a 10 day challenge too as suggested!! Let’s go brothers!! I’m sure I will not relapse again! Today was the last day!! And the beggining of my new life!! Keep going brothers!
Just relapsed. Day 0. Dealing with a very sick family member and associated emotions, and fapping seemed like the appropriate escape in the moment. I do want to connect with myself emotionally regarding this all, so I look forward to getting past any numbness this may have caused. Until then, sleep...
30/90.The way I like to see it,is that now I am at base camp 3!Just take it one day at a time and not before long, you will reach your targets.I can see base camp 4 and even my ultimate target base camp 9 in the distance!Where I am heading, the weather looks much clearer and the climb less steep the more I progress.
