Day 0, I relapsed this morning. I am tired of keeping relapsing. I will quit this time no matter how hard it is.

Thanks a lot. I unfortunately relapsed again today, but this post lifted my spirits. I decided to start journaling my feelings and going for walks. I feel much better now. I feel like my flare is back. Time to beat PMO for good. Day 0/7
