DAY 7!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's been sooo hard but it's worthful!!
I almost every day wanted to jerk off but instead I used the emergency app. The most motivating resource was this TED talk.
I've been noticing and in other things since I left PMO one week ago, such as new interests.

Today I've realized that i Really relapsed as the urge P and M is very strong. Just need to get through this week and subsequent weekend and i know i can go ahead. Fingers crossed. 3/7 Done.

I New to NoFap And This is actually my day one so it's easier and safer for me to take this challenge This will be Day 1 of My 90Day HardMode No PMO.
