In a constant phase of relpase.. really need help from all u guys.. let me know your tips on how to stay clean..

I had a good 38 days run before but since then i am continously relapsing first it every 2 weeks and then it became a week and now 2-3days.. i fear i am back at position that I started..

Any help appreciated..
