You did great. The period of time between the mistakes is a big factor in the reboot and healing process. So not to worry get back up in the challenge.
It might be 12 for you - but honestly, losing track on a long streak is a good thing in my humble opinion!
Day 14 and relapsed It was stressful these days and I relapsed with M. I'm going to 21-Day challenge to get on track.
day 33 yesterday I made a mistake, I let the urges in my mind, I nearly relapsed b/c of lack of motivation and tracking. there are small triggers that I face every time, they are the ones that put me in that position yesterday. If I do I will consider them as relapse.
