Long story short, I’m doing what I think is “normal mode” so I haven’t watched P now for about 84 days. I still crave it and have my good days and bad days, but the worst withdrawal symptom I’m havin is anxiety along with this head tingling feeling and headache I can’t explain. Some days are better than others and
it’s causing this feeling of fear thinking about your head or brain not being right.

I’ve read that this is described as brain fog and the tingling and headaches are part of its symptoms. Can anyone advise or share your experience? Thanks.

    Yes,

I still have this and only recently realized it's what people call brain fog. Mine id's resolving slowly every day, but it's like it migrates around daily. I had bad vision problems to boot.

Thanks for your reply. I hope you feel better soon. May I ask how many days you’ve gone and anything you do to improve this particular symptom?

I've definitely experienced the brain tingling along with a hell of a lot of tension in the head. I've also had plenty of migraines with the aura and "visual snow" light sensitivity that goes along with that. Of all my withdrawal symptoms, these have probably been the toughest to deal with.

It seems to be a pretty common withdrawal symptom, especially if you dealt with headaches/migraines even before nofap. I'd recommend buying some good magnesium and taking 400-600mg daily along with riboflavin and maybe some ginger supplements as well.

I just view it as a sign of healing and our brains trying to reach homeostasis and figure out wtf is going on without the constant dopamine hit from PMO.

Thanks for the info! I will have to try that. I just want this to clear up you know, but that’s a really good and positive way to look at it.
