Day 0 again ,am the saddest guy alive now I just wanna stop this but why is it complicated like this ,curse the first day I saw porn curse it

 

Don't give up guys I know I won't,Rome wasn't built in a day we will surely beat that ********.These are not my words.I saw it in your profile.True, Rome wasn't built in a day,it was built after a lot of small steps.Like that you can also achieve success through small steps.Be it a day or 2. It doesn't matter, strive for a better result next time.Failures do happen- which is not a sin,but not realising your mistakes and not moving on is a fault and a sin.Don't give up and one day you can beat this ******.

Since I slipped I've been out of control today.

The issue is... I just cant stop the urges and because it was impacting my work I decided just to get it out of the way. sometimes this works but as it had been four days I went on a binge....

 

Completed day 5 and almost finished day 6... moving strong onto day 7
