i'm very happy that i reached 30 days of hardmode. my journey will never be over and still have a way to go but 30 days means something. so i wanted to share this. positive changes more energy stronger focus better cognitive skills; memory( quitting weed will def helped that too ) i am more happy in general strong erection and morning wood (was very weak before) better penis sensitivity music sounds better more motivation; quit smoking marihuana and cigarettes for a month now and i used to smoke 50 grams weed a month (400 dollars a month here) i work out now; just push ups and pull ups and dips more muscular ; no hercules yet though i go running , just started last week tomorrow i will play competition in chess again, something i havent done in years. quite nervous must say better social contact again stronger eye contact and more assertive just a more dominant guy in general downsides so far sometimes angry for small reasons, will ask a question about this in reboot section, increased aggression sometimes difficult to go back to sleep when i wake up because i am so horny mood swings for no apparent reason conclusion Nofap has helped me tremendously in all aspects of life even with this short 30 days but i still have a long way to go. I will definitely aim for 90 days for no porn and masturbation, but i will not abstain from orgasming with a woman anymore . It has not been easy but i can be very hard and disciplined too if its necessary. it was not super difficult for me because i tried to do as much constructive things as possible and change my lazy habits. i went for a jog today.. only 3 miles but thats a start. Did push ups, pull ups and dips yesterday. I was talking about waiting for learning a new language. Already speak dutch, English french and can read latin.first i have to study for my car exam. But i get what you mean , thanks for the advice buddy!

I try to be more aware of the thought patterns when i have a mood swing and have more an observing perspective so i can be less involved in the taught patterns that accompanies the emotion and it fades slowly away. I try to focus on my job when i have a mood swing and try not to be judgmental about having them because that will add negative emotion. sometimes it all just doesn't work and i feel bad but thats ok to if it doesn't last too long. hope it helps
