Depression hits you like a missile. It is almost impossible not to get depressed, have mood swings, personality shift all because of a slip or a relapse. You gotta survive the depression and anxiety and play the waiting game for about 2 days or more until that depression fades away. Everytime we relapse the depression gets worse. But we have to go through the hell of resisting urges and continue tasting that torture for as long as the reboot takes, if we want to be free. I almost became insane 2 days ago from a relapse and binge (u cant help but binge once u slip due to depression). Boy we have to use willpower, there is no other way.
