I find the hardest time is the hour after getting home from work, when deciding what to do with my afternoon. During periods of nofab I find I have so much more time to get things done.

Guys today I used the smartphone for a while....I installed snapchat and kik to see if any messages .... I went through the stories in snap....those have little seducing....I think I installed snap knowing those will be there.....but somehow I stopped and uninstalled them....what should I do guys? Should the reset the counter?


Update: what I saw are not that much nude...but still noticable ones. But I installed them knowing that I can find those.....this is what worries me now and chaser effect I must be careful I guess.
