I'm a new fapstronaut who wants to get a grip on his life once again after losing it to PMO. For this 90 days CHALLENGE 'I AM IN'. Fighting it hard for it is a matter of life and death.

Day O. I’ve been to various 12 step programs— but who am I kidding. My only major addiction has been porn. It took seven years to admitt it to another person, as it’s something I ashamedly do, counter to all my spoken values. Telling somebody else and not literally dying of shame felt like a good first step, but it wasn’t enough. I’m seriously hoping that finding a community of Fapstronauts online and actively participating will be the answer. Feeling hopeful and grateful that something like this is out there.
