Day 70: I need to be confident....i tend to be soft and submissive, thats what I have observed. It is strange that even after not fapping for so many days my voice hanst got even a little bit deeper lol! More important is to work on my goals....which never happened ever lol! One day a time, guys!!!
It's just day 3 man ... Dude you surely lack motivation and willpower ...Only 3 days ... Do something don't be alone .. include yoga and meditation in routine...Workout do something ... Later in your life you will regret that you stand nowhere in this world....Man you deserve more.. it's not what you are... You are more than that.. Just start again, every Passing day will increase your motivation and willpower..Get back man, just keep going.. get things working again.

it´s very important to not stand alone. in fact being alone its addiction´s best friend. that´s what it wants. when you reach out, when you share, you learn and pass your knowledge, you feel more motivated and honest with yourself. so keep coming back, it makes all the difference
