Hi, I just created a nofap account yesterday so I'm still getting use to it. I'm down for the 7 day challenge. I usually relapse after about a week but I'll do this challenge first, then I'll do the next.
Just completed the 3 day challenge. Just wondering can I jump right in to this 7 day challenge and say I'm now on Day 4 of 7? Or do you have to complete start over at 0?
