24/90 hard moding it...keep on fighting the good fight...decided to stop watching a series I’ve gotten into, as pretty much every episode has had nudity. Kind of a bummer because it’s an interesting show, but they just can’t seem to help putting those damn scenes in there! It hasn’t been triggering or caused problems yet, but the key word is YET. I gotta watch for those slippery slopes, cuz i tend to keep slipping downward when we get on them! Have a great weekend everyone, stay strong, peace...

Checking in. Almost done with day 26. 30 days gonna be a huge milestone! Pretty excited.

I am not really sure what flatline is supposed to be, but I think I might have it. Cos last few days was super easy. Barely any sexual thoughts coming in my mind, very little horniness, etc. Compared to first 7 to 15 days at least. Pretty great.

Day 8/90 done successfully. No urges or sexual thoughts today. Cheers guys.

that´s a very commom idea on addicts - "i just wish this whole thing would go faster so that could get my life back."

my friend, keep in mind that it was the impulsive-craving-fast-results mind that developted the addiction in the first place . the treatment is exactly the opposite: going slow, going steady to force your mind to a life out of porn.
