Today I'm moving past the bullshit my disease of addiction tells me, to do what is truly beneficial for me.

 

Today I will not PMO because I want to have a happier life. I need to kill this addiction, there is just no point in PMO, it makes things worse.

 

Today I am loved by God!

 

Today I will not use porn because i'm 1 day closer to freedom.

 

Today, I am that dude who puts in work at the gym and gets swole.
Today, I am that guy who is no longer as afraid to feel emotion.

 

Today I will not use porn or masturbate because its not me, and stops me becoming the best me ..... fuck off porn

Today i am a guy who is building discipline, and is empowered to get shit done, and not to sit around jerking

 

Today, I am starting my first day of breaking away from PMO so that I can finally be more productive, find my true self, and live the life I always wanted to.

 

I won't ever watch porn or masturbate because I want that girl in the college to be my girlfriend and I want to look at the sky while my head on her lap

 

Today I am loved by Christ.
