There are electronic drums where you can plug in head phones - they sound just as good as regular drums. Maybe this might be a solution for you
Guys I'm there too for the 365 day challenge, I started 91 days ago, and the 90 day was the first step of the challenge, the second is 180, but my goal is a year without PM I can not / I want to do PMO because I'm married. A year without porn and without masturbation is already an incredible success for me, after 30 years of fierce masturbation with porn, it's like winning the lottery. Good life and great success at all I'm running a blog about my experience from the first day if anyone is interested can see it here https://unannodicrescitapersonale.blogspot.com/
What you need is to learn to breath, I think. When you start to think about those hot images you have in your head your whole body transforms into a very stressed one with shallow breaths and high heart rate. Take deep breaths. There are plenty of breathing exercises on youtube, find one that you like. One I like is to sit straight up and block one of my nostrils, then taking ten deep breaths. It’s extremely relaxing.
Sei italiano?
I would try to see the good in this phenomenon - I think this is some compelling evidence that the brain is in a state of plasticity and it is attempting new connections. Stay the course and things will certainly improve.
I spent the whole day at my university yesterday so I didn't have time to check in. But I'm still with you. Day 3.
