Today I am still highly motivated! Good luck to everyone. You can do this!

 

Today and from now on, I shall grow more good-humored. Joy, happiness, and cheerfulness are now becoming my normal states of mind. Every day, I am becoming more and more lovable and understanding. I am now becoming the center of cheer and good will to all those about me, infecting them with good humor.
This happy, joyous, and cheerful mood is now becoming my normal, natural state of mind. I am grateful!!

I will not use porn today because I read some reboot jouranals, I see stories of internal trasfornation in it. Then I think about myself and I felt shame, pain, regret. I want to change that.

Everyone thought it was impossible to run a 4 minute mile. Roger Bannister (another great Englishman- all Englishmen are great actually but I digress) did it, and in the decade after he did, a shitload of people also ran 4 minute miles- like a floodgate opening. Today I will not use porn because...I've been spontaneously smiling to myself...I feel more whole, like I have more integrity. I just feel more secure. I know PMO deprives me of that gentle, beautiful feeling.
