Day 7 I made it the whole week, but it has been rocky. I need to strong and strict with myself if I want to truly detox.
I have been doing the challenge for 6 days now, I already feel awesome about myself, however I had an urge today but when I came to the website and read a couple success stories It reminded me of my goal. I'm Willing to participate in the 14 day challenge tomorrow, this was actually my first post but I'll still be missing you guys here
