Day 3, had a lot of temptation yesterday when a hot coworker told me she was thinking of me when she was in the shower. I do not know how I held off with that situation but I credit a lot of my self discipline to meditation which I’ve been doing regularly for a year now through Headspace. Without that I would have been toast yesterday, good luck guys ttyl.
Hoping you can get a boost somehow to keep yourself on track. Sometimes, just stepping away from your device is the best way to avoid temptation. Everything can be broken into individual steps to get you where you want to go. If a step looks too big, break it into even smaller ones until you can take the first one. What's the first step to take to help you feel stronger?
I've relapsed. Had a massive urge that kept coming from hours to hours I couldn"t take it anymore. I'm completely dissapointed with myself.
Smash her? When you relapse you lose your streak but when having sex it's not the same. You don't feel guilty about it, etc. Only if you want tho..
