You can do it! Immerse your mind in other areas of interest, only use computers and your cell phone in public places, get outside, exercise, enjoy nature, spend time around other people.
Day 6 I’ve had really hard day. Really strong urges. I think it’s cos of a scene I saw in a film and I can’t get it out of my head. But I need to keep going. I’m doing well
