    i am 26 years old and i am still fapping everyday, this year i had lot of work, on a project, all on computer, so it was fapping, eating, working, fapping, sleeping. I am single at the moment, but even when i am in a relationship, specially when, i am travelling, or when i am not meeting my girlfriend fo an afternoon, i take advantage of the moment... Worst than that, even after having sex with girlfriend, i ask for a handjob... it’s definitely ruining my self esteem, specially because 2 years ago i stoped for almost 3 months then returned to fapping, 1 month ago i stoped for 2 weeks, thought it was the right time but still nothing. I need help, i need support, i need advices, since i am not talking about this problem with anyone, even my closest friends don’t know about that !

    Stop watching porn or images that intimate you to do so and take the NoFap 7 days challenge than increase 7-14 it really helps

    But however urges are sometimes attacking even if you are focused on something else, when i got rid of those 1% foods which increases urges and started enjoying 99% other beautiful foods it became so much easyer for me ^_^
