Today I am using energy in a positive way

 

Today I did not relapse because it is Sunday and I went to church

 

Today I will crush it.

 

Today I remain resolute against the doubtful voices in my head and the evil temptations to PMO.

 

Today I am remembering that God is always with me.

 

Today I am grateful for the life I have, despite my failures.
I am glad that I can accept my mistakes and learn from them, while moving on and living my life.
I am happy that I can work. Read, write, and play my guitar, despite those days where I feel tired and have no motivation.
I am happy to know that this journey is about improving the man I once was, not changing into someone else.

 

Today I set myself free from the chains and shackels of my past abusive life . I am very very happy Alhumdulillah and want to create rather a new chapter of my life

 

Relapse. The call of Nature is answered. One Bad Feeling exchanged for another Bad Feeling. Long Term effect: negative.

So I resist from now on once again... Why doesnt she love me.

 

Today I will beat PMO.

 

Today I am doing the right thing

 

Today I will destroy all urges.

 

Today I shall oppose the forces of PMO.

 

Today I am remembering the price God paid to free me.

 

Today I will not PM because I am breaking the cycle of messing with my brain chemistry
