Looking at women ?

    Hi everyone :)
    so Im just at the beginning, and I am starting to notice a problematic pattern.
    When Im walking outside, I can't stop looking at girls. Im not staring at them akwardly, but I notice how my mind is automatically on the hunt for a pretty girl to look at. I could be just thinking or listening to music and if on the edge of my vision there is a hint of a girl somewhere i have to look.
    It is a problem I also had before, only i didn't call it a problem but I would just watch and fantasize.
    I have a girlfriend, and I think she is beautiful and sexy, but I cant seem to control my gaze. especially in these summer days with the short pants and open shirts. every bit of exposed skin is like a sugar treat to my eyes and I feel obliged to look.
    Obviously it makes me wander to thoughts about sex, and its pretty tough to keep myself up.
    Any thoughts? tips?

    You have to convince yourself that it's a waste of time to look at all these semi naked women because no matter what you do you cannot have all of them! Secondly, it's kind of cheating on your partner and if your partner knows she would not be happy about it. so be loyal to her. Moreover, try to avoid places where there are lots of skin exposure it's difficult in summer but try to and lower your gaze.
