7/7 challenge completed Now on to the next challenge, now before that i want to say to myself , you must stay away from any stimuli that will be a possible cause of relapsed... most of the time its pics and vids from IG,fb and youtube... please use your time to be more productive... Chao~
You can do it! You're almost to the goal! I find it helpful to think, "Later, I'll do PMO later," then when 'later' comes, say it again. I find it easier than looking towards a goal that feels very distant. If it helps you, give it a shot. I missed stating it the last two days, but this is day 4 for me. Last two days were difficult. Nervous about the tomorrow.
