Hello, I am on day two of PM abstinence, i am going to start the seven days challenge PMO.

Have been tempted today my dick have been semi often and feeling rather sensitive. Formally starting the challenge is a motivation boost for sure!

5/7 Hey NoFap.. It's been a while.. I'm back on the train to freedom.. Almost 6 days since no release.. I really haven't been thinkin about it too much, since I been kina keepin myself busy.. I'm glad to be back really..

3rd day done. More of a rest day, which meant I did have some thoughts. They passed.
This is now my longest streak for over a month! So, pretty pleased with that
Day 4 of the challenge then. More hiking on the agenda.

 

Reset last night! Not the end of the world but disappointing. Was caught off guard by unexpected work problems while working while tired.
