My advice probably conflicts with a lot of people out there. What worked for me was getting it all out of me so to speak. Fapping and edging a few times until I'm dry and also 100% committed to abstaining from PMO. Then begin your break, adopt healthy habits and drop unhealthy ones. Understand that just watching the porn fucks you up so bad. I'm less than 4 hours away from 19 days man. And I've failed many many times when counting but you have to be committed. My advice is honestly bust a bunch of nuts and watch all you want, quit it by tonight and begin your days tomorrow. I found if I wanted to begin nofap and abstain from pmo, if my pipes weren't already cleared I was already kinda horny. TMI but you get the point. My 2 cents. And, as always, goodluck.

Just relapsed after 20 and 3/4 days. Mainly did it to clean the pipes, but this was the longest I'd ever gone. Will continue to 30 days starting today.
About 17 days. Urges and dreams appear. My habbits are still the same. Must join a dancing class soon. Feeling kind of depressed and aimless. I have stopped my daily meditations like 12 days ago. Not feeling great for it. On the other hand I am not prioritising them. Must change habits.
