Wow, you're doing a great job. My only advice to you is not to skip meditation for even a single day. You don't get to see benefits from meditation in days, but it takes months. Keep going!
Thanks! These are really good thoughts and ideas. It's helpful to get into the mindset of thinking about what OTHERS need and realizing that's different than what I need. Porn is the opposite of this, you only need to focus on yourself and how you want to feel. It's completely and entirely different than any kind of real relationship with a woman.
This is a VERY good shift you have made. The key (I think) is that you are envisioning yourself as whole and complete without porn. Porn is not part of you, not part of your life, not part of your identity. It's on the outside, perhaps trying to get in here and there, but not who you are so you won't open that door. Fuck yeah!! Today it's day XC without porn!!! I was getting there, but failed at XLVII and MOed. I quickly recovered and today I'm at day XLIII without MO, plus day XC without porn. But I'll get there, trust me! I'll reach ninety days without masturbation on 7th of September. Countdown starts now.
