I will start again but with an spartan routine. (I did't maturbated) Wakeup at five, stretching, 5 pullups, 100 squats, 20 pushups and fast. At 10:00 my daily training rutine, lunch, read a book and study math. At 20:00 i will go for a run and make a leg routine. Only one daily meal, NoFap, no girls, no Internet. Let's go.
Relapsed. taking a break from this challenge for indefinite period of time. I'll come back, when I'm ready.
