I'm almost a week in and whenever i quit this habit i usually have a terrible stomach, constant nausea/empty stomach feeling makes it hard to eat sometimes. Will this pass with time? When i was pmoing i did have some stomach issues but since quitting they seem to be 10X worse!

You can wait for a couple of days.If it continues, you'd better ask for doctor's advice.
I am on my 11st day, and my lower abdomen is slightly hurting in the past 2 days.Today it is kind of better.
I also had nausea in the morning on my first 2~7 days, but it has gone.
    Good luck!;)

I have been to doctors multiple times in the past years, all blood tests and scans/procedures were fine so they couldnt find anything physically wrong with me.

It might be sth psychological, maybe sth like the nervous colon also known as Irritable Bowel Syndrome. You might want to look into that!

yep that is what it is. However i cant seem to pinpoint any certain foods that cause it and it is very on and off, however when i have had streaks before, when i get over about 4 days the nausea and just discomfort get worse so im thinking it might be caused by the withdrawal from PMO

I had some crazy intense withdrawals.. More psychological though I must say, I cannot say I experienced nausea however I have read many other people's accounts and many report nausea and a real mix bag of symptoms so I don't doubt for a second that this could entirely be related to withdrawals. It shall pass young warrior, time is the greatest healer that is for sure.. I can already feel some serious improvements at day 77 or whatever it is, let the good times roll man

Yeah, i just want to be a normal human who can function without abusing PMO. Im fairly attractive and i dont have problems getting with girls its just that i have PIED which was a problem with my ex gf.
I hope it is withdrawal and i will stick it out, just want it to pass

Bro, freedom is awaiting you... thing is no matter how pretty you may be on the outside, if you feel like a gremlin on the inside your never going to find or have fulfilling relationships with others but most importantly yourself. Get rid of porn... it offers you nothing, just quick gratitude and then despair

  11. Yeah when you were pmoing, then you stop.Your body goes into shock by giving you withdrawals because you stop bathing your brain with chemical substances such as dopamine, seretonin, adrenaline etc.... you have to accept the pain for your brain to return to normal state.

so this nausea and ibs kind of symptoms could be because of excessive PMO?

  13. Sounds like stress of withdrawal. Ride it out and it will subside, as the stress of a PMO-free life fades and is replaced by peace and calm.

Find a way to process stress. A healthy way dammit not PMO. This could be all/part of the problem. If you do have a digestion/bowel issue doctors will be useless unless it's something they can throw a pill at. Look into the whole gut bacteria biodiversity thing. Take PREbiotics (not pro) eat more veggies (way more) avoid (added) sugar at all costs, also avoid processed foods (this means you have to cook), and simple carbs.
Exercise every day. Yes you do have time (10 mins is enough).

Marijuana has awesome antiemetic effects. Try a vape pen if you can legally

PRObiotics are a waste of money. You could get a higher dose by licking your hand than by taking the pills. PREbiotics however will feed the healthy bacteria and drastically increase the biodiversity in your gut. You may also need to heal your gut lining. Bone broth or collagen powder can help with this. Also do an elimination diet to determine what foods are currently causing you problems.

  20. It lasted a good amount of time(3-6months). Each time I pmoed, the symptoms came back.
