Checking in... Day 1/3 I've had a really stressful morning. Car breakdown, lost chickens (don't ask!) and my boss is firing requests at me left, right and centre. Strangely, I've found myself thinking that a quick fap would be a great stress reliever. This is quite enlightening, because although I'm what I think is a "light" PMO user (one, two, three times a week) it's now clear that I'm probably using the quick high and release of a little PMO to relieve stress. Food for thought...
Checking in... Day 2/3 Stress-free day so far. No PMO impulses. Have had 2 cold showers since yesterday. Too early to tell what impact, if any, they have.
Signing up. I am on day 3, but starting this challenge at day 0/3 as per the rules. This will help me get to 6 days and 1 day away from a week!
