Yaa... Starting my new journey want to reach 30 days and this is my day 0 .... My target is to complete 90 days and after this I will take next challenge...
Day 0/30 for me. Lack of consistency and commitment are the main challlenges for me in trying to complete this challenge and get over this bad habit but i will keep working on it till i get it. Let's do this guys.
Day 24 of 90-Days PM-free. The Chaser Effect of having sex on Monday has finally worn off to a background level. Shit, I wasn't prepared at all for it to come on that strong! So be aware those of you with partners/wives who aren't going fully hard mode.
