I've been waiting a while for the right time to post this. I've now gotten to a place where i feel that my story is worhty of posting here. I first joined NoFap on the 12th of August 2017. So it's been quite a long road, over two years, with lots of ups and down, reboots and relapses. Sometimes i felt that it was just too hard and that i could never be free of this addiction, but with every fall i managed to pick myself back up again. Because life without porn is just better, i'm more confident, more energetic, and more happy. Over the padt two years i've not only come to terms with my porn addiction, and faced it down, but also recognised my issues with anxeity and low self esteem, and gotten the help that i needed to feel more confident and better about myself. Besides from all of these wonderful benefits of quitting porn, I have also managed to face down the main reason that i started NoFap in the first place, which was to tackle the terrible Premature Ejaculation issues which were killing my self esteem and poisoning any relationship that i entered in to. Well i'm happy to say that i am now very content in an amazing relationship with a wonderful girl who makes me very happy. We have so much in common and really connect at an emotional level. And as an added bonus my sex life is the best it has ever been. But i'm not writing this just to show off (although i am a little bit), what i'd really like to get across to any of you who are just starting out on your NoFap journey is... STICK WITH IT It's hard and gurelling and sometimes you'll feel that you just can't do it, that there's no point and to just give in and surrender to the cravings. And you may do, and that's okay, we're all only human. The important thing is to pick yourself back up again, again and again and again. Keep trying. Because it does get better eventually, there is light at the end of the tunnel, sometimes you can't see it, but the sun doesnt stop existing just becuase it goes down at night. My premature ejaculation is well under control. I've found that a combination of medatation, breathing exercises, kegel exercises and of course not using porn have all contributed to helping me with my hair trigger. I'm now able to control my reflex to ejaculate when i'm having sex, and take more time to enjoy the expereince. I'm by no means a long distance runner, but rather than the 5-10 seconds i was dealing with two years ago, we're now looking at a 5-10 minute margin. I think this is also another thing that will improve with time and practice.
You solved premature ejaculation with nofap? NoFap only gave me that, premature ejaculation and erectile disfunction, which i never had before nofap.
