NoPMO: Day 08 Productive Days from that: 4 Get up early, worked out, walked the dog and studied - today was a good day, however feel pretty down at the moment. But could also be the fatigue.
NoPMO: Day 09 Productive Days from that: 5 Get up early, studied and drank lots of water. Worked out in the evening. No urges so far, yet I'm feeling really bad. However I will not give up so easy anymore!
Day 23 I love running long distances in the evening while on a long PMO streak. Now I have a lot of energy don't feel any lazy or tired anymore after work.
NoPMO: Day 10 Productive Days from that: 6 Get up early, had an job interview (guess I left a good impression, might have good chances to get the job), worked out and walked the dog. Good day, still suffering from self-doubt.
