Day 10 Experienced no urges at all today or recently for that matter. Glad to see I'm beating my addiction. You know, i like the goal of nofap and all, but i don't understand what those youtube videos are saying about these massive benefits of doing nofap/nonut. Of course there are benefits, but things like a sudden boost in motivation and productivity seems kinda unrealistic. If anything, the general benefits for me is just more time for myself and work, and not feeling like shit when I spend an hour or 2 watching porn/indulging in mindless pleasure.
