Been Away for 3 years. Back looking for hope.

Just wanted to get back on this website as it is the only thing that has even come close to giving me success in my battle with PMO addiction. I feel disgusting today after watching porn 4 times in the past 24 hours. Any encouragement would be greatly appreciated. PMO makes me feel even more alone than usual, and exponentially increases my depression. Never have I ever thought, "Man, I am so glad I watched porn today." I wish I could keep in the forefront of my mind the regret I feel after every time I give into my addiction.

Anyway, here's to hoping I can stay clean for a while.
