    Been reading this thread and it is scary to think that i might take 2 years to reboot. I need to have a kid and I cannot wait for 2 years but I am unable to penetrate my wife! I am taking it one day at a time but this is scary for sure.

    Hello !!
    I m a new member here .I have an addiction problem . I ve decided to stop masturbating a few minutes from now . I ve started masturbating one year ago and it has really ruined my life . My results at school have completely changed my personality too . I feel like m lazy all the time and I don't want to do any effort to increase my results at school . In another case , m Muslim and the fact to masturbate make me feel like god don't like me anymore and I do feel like if from now on I will face just sad things . I have tried to stop masturbating many times but I fail in every time . please guys help me m lost I feel like I will never succeed in my life because of this .

    Well a complete reboot is not when you can penetrate but way way longer than that. I was able to penetrate my girl on day 50 or something but I kept getting in a flatline after that even after day 100 which means I have not fully rebooted yet. Now I am on day 169 and I still have the feeling that I am rebooting since my libido is inconstant.

    If I may give you an advice, if you really really want to penetrate for the purpose of getting children then go to the doctor and ask for a prescription to get some pills. These pills will get you an erection but these pills have negative effect on your reboot. It is like playing basketball on a broken leg that is still healing but if your wife is ovulating and you want to inpregnate her, then it is a sacrifice you could take.

    It is not easy, it took me 4-5 times of relapsing till I got where I am now, on day 170. I just told myself that maturbation is not the right way to a happy sex life with my girlfriend or even without my girlfriend and just for myself. It is a waste of sexual energy. Like I posted before, you are throwing away energy which you can use for better things like school, work, friends. I know you can do it
