Hey guys, sorry for not updating these last days...I failed badly. I'm on day 0, together with the pmo armies of mordor.
Because you're not supposed to learn in school what really matters. And also because porn is perfectly accepted in our society, like alcohol.
Day1 @RiseToGreatness mainly erection that I don't want and it's always excruciating and when I had finished 5 days or 3days then the thoughts becomes ramified
The same reason school didn't teach us the dangers of smoking back in the 50s. Widespread ignorance. Give it 30 years and with any luck the dangers of porn will be well known and taught in schools. However, we've been given the prestigious position of being the trailblazers, the first generation of people to have and rid ourselves of this problem. Future generations will thank us (alongside of course the academics actually *proving* it) for bringing attention to such a big problem. Check in for day 5, I'm an Uruk-Hai now!
But in school we learn about alcohol. We had also the topic about addiction! Gambling, alcohol, drugs or videogames were envolved, just not porn.
Congratulation on your 5 days! I`m in your opinion. I think near future they will also talk about this addiction and choose us as proovings.
Day 1 My body wanted to watch porn occasionally, but that was understandable because of the fact that I relapsed yesterday. My body wanted to continue getting dopamines. You cant blame your body for that because our lifes a kind of are based on reward system and our brain will seek the easiest opportunity to get dopamines, which is porn for us. I know that it is temporary, is something that I should ignore and just move on.
because psychiatry still doesn´t recognize porn addiction in the addictions department. but i think it´s only a matter of time until it´s included, along with other addictions, addiction to internet, to social media, etc... new studies are made every day, i think it´s only a matter of time until the hidden perils of high speed internet becomes crystal clear and included in the mental disturbances for the World Health Organization.
