frustration tolerance

  1. I've been trying to reach 90 days of nofap for two years. I'm on day 63. I have a very stressful job in which I control monetary investments. I must to keep my mind cold and face the frustration because sometimes lose money.

    Also with the girls I face the frustration.

    All of it is very difficult for me. I have greatly improved my mindset since I did nofap.

    But I always feel stressed. I don't want do pmo nevermore. I know if it was like that before. But living with all the emotions and without escaping them, now sometimes I feel like I'm going to burst :mad::( (maybe one day for each three or four days)

    What techniques have you tried to relieve the stress? PMO was such an effective way to block stress from our minds that we need to work hard to develop alternative strategies.

    I have found that some kind of physical exercise, whether alone (running/cycling/gym) or with others (soccer etc) frees my mind and makes me feel more relaxed afterwards. Is this something that you could try ?

  4. @kropo82 I practice meditation some days, but since two weeks i didnt do it.

    @angelpart: I go to gym almost every day, but since 4 days i didnt go.

    wow, really when I wrote it, now I understand the situation. I need burn my bad energy.
