day 37/90 I fell off the no caffeine bandwagon again. This morning hit me like a ton of bricks! I made it 6 days with no caffeine at all, so I'm confident that I'm making progress in this area. I will get back on track tomorrow. This is a bit of a backward slip, but I'm thankful that it isn't as bad as PM or alcohol. Overall I'm in a much better place than I was a month ago.
Hey @potso I appreciate it, thanks man. It's great what you are doing, keep going and my best for you and everyone in this challenge, that we all succeed!

Hey guys, Here’s my daily check-in. Day 3/90 and I’m still going strong. Quick realization I had today while I was at work. I work in a hospital where beautiful woman are plentiful. Most men would say that it’s fine to look at and acknowledge a woman’s beauty. While I agree with this, I do feel that staring, almost in a creepy way, and not taking a step to say hello or initiate a conversation can ensnare us and lead to a destructive cycle. What am I saying here? I came to the realization that as I would go about my day I’d encounter many beautiful women,?notice their beauty, and allow myself to stare, fantasize, and not take any action! Each time this happened, I’d begin to experience emotions of guilt, shame, low self esteem, etc. The solution? It’s not practical to approach and speak with every woman you find attractive and some situations, such as at work, you need to exercise a great deal of caution. What I decided to do to resolve this issue is to not allow myself to look at a woman for more than a couple seconds. Notice her and if you want, go over and say hi and talk to her. If not, redirect your attention and focus to some task you’re working on. This will build self discipline, improve your focus, and eliminate a downward spiral of negative emotions that so often lead us to do something we will later regret. Hope this helps someone! Stay with it, and remember, Your life is worth fighting for! You got this! Keep making good choices each moment and we’ll make it to 90. Cheers, Lamboskovich
Day 3/90 passed. The third day of quitting has often been a hard one in previous attempts. Glad that this one's over
been just over a week now and while i have been tempted at times, for the most part i have felt so much better and positive
You're so right buddy. Thanks for the encouragement. Let's take what we've learned and get not only stronger, but smarter about how we face this problem.
