5/90. Just need to get through another stressful day at work. I'm loving all the encouragement in this community
Yes it is worth it! You can do this- we can ALL do this! (thank you for being brave and honest enough to write 1/90 and start over)
Starting day 3. I set my wake up for 6, did some prayer and reading . I'm going to keep implementing discipline into my life during this challenge. Using this time to build myself physically, mentally and spiritually. Also financially. I want to come out of this " boot camp" a better version of me. One day at a time.
On day 37/90.. so just over 40% of this challenge! Feeling urges today but at the same time realizing how silly and pathetic P is, as a substitute for being with a real woman.. I'm not going to stoop down to P's level!
On the positive side, you managed no PMO for almost 30 days, which is infinitely better than never even trying! But of course I get why you feel bad right now. One of the biggest predictors of success is stubborn determination. Ignore the addicted part of your brain when it questions the point of what you are trying to achieve... it is telling you lies because it wants a dopamine hit, that's all. Just keep going, you can do this!
Hey all, Day 4/90. Checking in. Still crushing it! Haven’t felt the urge or desire to PMO. In the past I’ve underestimated the value and power of community. I now see the value. Tackling a challenge together with others on the same mission creates this environment of camaraderie, support, belonging, and accountability. It’s a worthwhile journey. Why? Because your life is valuable. Nothing is more valuable than life itself and the time that it consists of. Choose life each moment and know that PM is a course that is designed to steer you off course, destroy you physically, mentally, emotionally, and drag you into the pit of hell. If you chose poorly today, do NOT wallow in your misery and focus on the failure. Mistakes and failure are just an opportunity for learning and getting better. Pick yourself back up, brush off the dirt, put the car back in drive, and get back to making good choices. Commit to day 1 again. In fact, realize that each moment that passes is day 1! Great job everyone! Let’s make it to 90! To Your Success, Lamboskovich
