I realized that I have to go through 132 days to get back on this challenge, not 60 days. because we must start on day 0 7+14+21+30+60=132
However, It could have been much better if the challenges were consecutive. Like this: a+(b-a)+(c-b)...
On that basis, I must be present in all 7 to 365-day challenges simultaneously.
I'm currently on day 2

Day 9/10 best streak I've had so far after my 30days without PMO. Hoping to continue with the same energy

 

6 days. I'm doing this. We can do this!

 

Day 34/90. The last few days have been tough with stress and urges have come back. Doing better today after some urges this morning and I'm planning on doing some things to relax tonight.

 

18 days no pmo...let’s get one more. One more day

 

It’s a great feeling to get to the other side of urges without acting on them.
